Advanced Practitioner (NP/PA) – Full-Time with Surgical Assist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our neurosurgery team. This provider will see patients in clinic four days per week, assist in surgery one day a week, and help with a rotating call pool. The position comes with full benefits after 30 days of employment. Candidates must be highly motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow within a collaborative neurosurgical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage new and established patients in the clinic
Assist in surgical procedures at our affiliated facilities
Perform pre-op and post-op patient assessments and education
Review imaging, order diagnostics, and develop comprehensive care plans
Collaborate with surgeons and advanced practitioners to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
2 Years of Experience
Current Utah licensure and board certification
Previous experience in neurosurgery or related field preferred
Surgical assist experience is a plus but not required
Strong organizational and communication skills
